I am Khadizatul Kobra, a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at North Bengal International University, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Political Science from the University of Rajshahi, achieving First Class results. My academic and research interests include Government and Politics of South Asia, Government and Politics of East Asia, and Ethnicity, Religion and Politics. I completed my MSS thesis titled “Role of Civil Society on Social Awareness and Political Education: A Study on Rajshahi District.” My research interests broadly focus on regional politics, civil society, political education, ethnicity, religion, and contemporary political issues. Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I have a strong interest in academic research and scholarly activities, particularly in contemporary political and social issues.
Abstract
The main point is that Professor Talukder Moniruzzaman was a renowned scholar of Bangladesh and a Political Scientist whose reputation extended not only within Bangladesh but across the entire world. His political thoughts and consciousness not only identified political problems but also showed paths toward their solutions. From the period after creation of Pakistan up to 1971 and from 1971 to 2019 he made clear and insightful comments on political activities. These views and analyses have been discussed in this essay. He conducted research on contermporary politics and provided impartial and objective analysis from a philosophical perspective.
